BUSINESS POLICIES

A completed registration form with September tuition and the $35 registration fee are required prior to participation in any class. Tuition is due the first of each month, regardless of attendance. Tuition and fees are non-refundable. If the payment is not received by the 10th, you will be charged a $25.00 late fee.  A $35.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.   We offer a discount of $10.00 per month for each additional child in the same family.

We encourage good attendance for the entire dance season. Students may make up any absence at the same level from September to January. There is no refund for missed lessons. If a student is unable to dance due to an injury, we recommend class observation. Once classes begin, a two week written notice must be given if a student drops a class or the parent will be billed for the entire month. Parent visitation will be held in November and April. There are no early dismissals from class unless prearranged.

RECITAL

There will be a recital at the end of the dance season for all students. Everyone is encouraged to participate. A costume deposit of $75 per costume is due in October. Students in only one class will be required to purchase that costume, with the full amount due in October. All other students will purchase two or more (depending on the class level) with the balance due in January.  A recital fee of $125 will be charged to each family. This fee includes live stream of the recital and free access to a digital download of recital.

Dance friends are friends for life!

Yes, dancing is fun.  But dance classes also teach your child ideas they can use for life; teamwork, confidence, fitness, discipline, and joy.  That's why we say "dance lessons are life lessons".
